Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DollywoodInfo (“we”, “us”) collects when you use dollywoodinfo.cyou, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the topic and your message.

Information collected automatically. Our servers, and the analytics and advertising tools we use, receive your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from the IP address. Some of this is collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not sell tickets, so we do not collect payment card details, and we do not ask for them. Please never send payment details or ticket numbers through the contact form.

How we use information

  • To read and reply to your messages and correct information on the site
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam (the contact form uses a hidden spam trap and rate limits)
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it
  • To measure the performance of our advertising, including ads on Google
  • To meet legal obligations

Advertising and analytics

We advertise this site on Google and may use Google’s advertising and measurement tools, such as the Google tag and conversion measurement. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers to recognize that a visit came from an ad and to measure results; where enabled, they may also be used to show our ads to people who visited the site. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, email, security, analytics) and advertising partners as described above, and with authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If the site is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to reply and handle follow-up, and generally delete them within 24 months. Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security and then deleted or anonymized. Information held by Google and other partners is governed by their own policies.

Your choices and US privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you; to access, correct or delete it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising; and to not be discriminated against for using these rights.

To make a request, email [email protected] or use the contact form and choose “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity. You can also opt out of personalized ads as explained in our Cookie Policy. Where required by law, we honor browser opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Children

This site is a general-audience information website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This site links to dollywood.com and other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; read their policies before you share information with them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
