Plan your Dollywood visit
Parking, what you can bring, lockers, accessibility and the rules that trip people up at the gate. Based on Dollywood’s own FAQ.
Getting there and parking
Dollywood is at 2700 Dollywood Parks Blvd., Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Official phone: 1-800-DOLLYWOOD (1-800-365-5996).
- Parking: $25 for standard-length vehicles and $30 for oversize vehicles such as RVs and trailers.
- Free parking comes with a Gold or Diamond Season Pass.
- Trams: complimentary parking-lot trams run to the front gate from designated stops. Free park-to-park transportation links Dollywood and Splash Country for same-day visits.
- Keep your parking receipt: you need it to get back through the toll booths if you leave and return.
What to bring and what to leave
- No coolers, food or drinks are allowed into Dollywood or Splash Country. Each guest may bring one sealed water bottle.
- No pets. Service animals are welcome on a leash or harness but may not ride attractions. Doggywood is an indoor dog care facility that accepts dogs only.
- Dollywood’s tickets include rides, shows, museums and crafts, except special ticketed events and paid games.
Lockers
All-day lockers at the Front Gate cost $17 per day. Floating lockers, for ride-to-ride use, are a $12 one-time daily fee.
Rides and height
Height minimums are set by the ride manufacturers. Children can be measured at the Centralized Measuring station and receive a color-coded wristband. Check the official site for each ride’s requirements before promising a child a specific ride.
Accessibility
Dollywood says most of the park is level to gently rolling and wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs and ECVs are rented first-come, first-served on site, and online ECV reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Dollywood has dedicated accessibility pages on its site for both parks.
During the day
- Re-entry: get your hand stamped at the exit and keep your ticket or Season Pass to return later that day.
- Rain: the Weather Guarantee offers a complimentary return ticket if rain shortens your visit. Stop at any ticket booth before leaving.
- Hours change by date; use the official calendar.
